I am in India. Got this phone just 2 weeks bad, had no software or performance issues at all, it works like a charm. The only issue is its Build Quality. Its so cheap feeling built. Battery cover is loose, slider is wobbly & has a lot of free play, slider scratches keypad on one side.

And the biggest issue, the faceplate around naviwheel has started peeling off, it looks like it is sticking there with some adhesive which is loosing it grip. I really repent that I bought such cheap build quality phone for 23k. After reading comments above I guess the real issue is that my Nokia is a Chinese made Nokia, may be that's why its built is so poor. But I guess that's Nokia's responsibility to maintain the Quality. I am seriously thinking to approach a Consumer Forum to either get a Refund or a good built replacement. Now I understand why Nokia is loosing its Market Share so fast. They are digging their own Grave.

For all the people here, be careful before wasting your hard earned money in a Nokia. Atleast make sure your Nokia is not Chinese Built.

And for a suggestion, check IMEI of any Nokia that you purchase, if 7th & 8th digit of IMEI is 02 or 20 that means its a Chinese Built, so avoid it if you want a good piece.

I've also had mine for a month now and also have had no build quality issues. My naviwheel is also hard but I must say that I hadn't thought about it until I read this review. My only issues so far have been with spontaneous restarts which happen A LOT. I'm hoping for a bit more firmware love real soon

I bought a month ago so far... German EU version fw.
Simply amazing, but... its slide mechanism sucks, it lacks of stability, never seen a worst slide like this. I spend 400 bucks of euros, but I would like had not... For all the rest, I preferred that instead of N96 thanks to: usb charging and its pocketable size.
