I like Nokis N82 very much... This is a good phone that really looks like a phone :) . The Nokia 82 was launched in November 2007, and after that there was a lot of hue and cry for this phone. Everybody was wonder struck to find a phone so much reliable and so beautiful in looks. It was launched in two colors- silver and black, of which the black too the major market share.

Tommy, thanks mate! Glad you feel the same way.

Adonis, thanks bro. I was just testing but it appears as if the N95 with v21 takes the same time to take a picture as the N82. It has improved quite a bit.

Great post Vaib, I know many will argue about the fact the N95 and the N83 have the same camera on the specs sheet, and that is true, but the software behind it, the form factor and the ease of use make the N82 far superior than the N95 for taking pictures and as a general handset itself.

Looking forward to more input on this.

good review there mate!

i had it for 2 months now.

its true for me too..i've never snap so many pics (and also video!) before. pic quality is very good for a phone...with the cool and painless upload to ovi, n82 is just great!..my public channel photos at twango.com/omi were all taken with n82.

the fast lock-on gps unit is the most useful feature for me as i need to drive around a lot looking for places.

after using e61i for a year, i dont miss the 2.8" screen at all coz the 2.4" is practical and just about the right size. for major blogging, writing work, i use my reliable n800.

i'm pretty tired of slow, laggy and memory-out phones, the speed and snappiness of N82 menu operation, etc is such a breath of fresh air for me!

it future-proof you for at least 2 more years looking at the specs for n96 :)
